Since 2016, Citrus Heights HART has been dedicated to helping at-risk individuals, including low-income students, struggling families, and those experiencing homelessness. As an all-volunteer nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of our community to provide essential services like:

Rental Assistance & City Navigator Support – Preventing homelessness and connecting people with vital services.
